Delivery & payment

Kvatronix is a marketplace. Delivery is handled by the seller (vendor) who fulfilled your order, not by the platform itself. Lead times and shipping costs depend on the seller and are shown on the product card and at checkout. Delivery options β€’ Nova Poshta β€” branch or parcel locker in your city, typically 1–2 days. This is the primary shipping channel on the platform. β€’ Nova Poshta Courier β€” door-to-door delivery within the city, where the seller supports it. β€’ Pickup from the seller's warehouse β€” by arrangement with the specific seller. β€’ International shipping for legal entities β€” quoted separately; not all sellers support it. Payment options Payments are processed through the platform in a single transaction β€” Kvatronix acts as a commissionaire (Article 1011 of the Ukrainian Civil Code). Funds are received by the platform operator and then distributed to sellers minus the commission. β€’ Card online via LiqPay (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). β€’ Card via Monobank Acquiring. β€’ Cryptocurrency via Whitepay or NowPayments with automatic conversion to UAH. β€’ Bank transfer with VAT for sole traders and legal entities β€” invoice, bill of lading and act provided by the seller (subject to the seller having a registered fiscal cash register and VAT registration). Processing time The seller ships within 3 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product card (e.g. for preorder items). The waybill number is sent to your email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Cost Nova Poshta calculates the rate by weight, dimensions and distance. For orders above UAH 2,500 the platform reimburses standard branch delivery cost. The risk of accidental damage passes to the buyer when the parcel is handed to the carrier. If the parcel arrives damaged, file a report at the Nova Poshta branch and notify the platform within 2 calendar days at support@kvatronix.in.ua.
