Warranty

Warranty service is provided by the seller or the manufacturer. The specific term is shown on the product card and in the warranty certificate included with the order. Standard terms on the platform β€’ Electronic components (active, passive, ICs) β€” at least 12 months from receipt. β€’ Measuring equipment, soldering stations, lab power supplies β€” 24 to 36 months, the exact term is set by the manufacturer. A warranty shorter than 12 months on electronic components is not allowed on the platform β€” this is enforced through the commission agreement with every seller. What the warranty covers β€’ Factory defects in active and passive components. β€’ Deviations from datasheet specifications. β€’ Latent defects that appear during normal use. What is not covered β€’ Mechanical damage to the case or leads. β€’ Electrical overload β€” exceeding the maximum voltage, current or power. β€’ Overheating from improper heat sinking or soldering errors. β€’ ESD damage from working without an anti-static wrist strap. β€’ Traces of self-repair or modification. β€’ Cases where the serial number is damaged or missing. How to make a warranty claim 1. Email support@kvatronix.in.ua with your order number, a description of the failure, photos of the component and, if possible, an oscillogram or multimeter reading. 2. Within one business day the platform forwards the request to the seller. 3. The seller decides on a replacement, refund or diagnostics. Standard processing time β€” up to 14 business days. If the seller does not respond or delays the case, escalate to legal@kvatronix.in.ua. The platform may rule in the buyer's favour and withhold the disputed amount from the seller. Assembly, soldering and circuit-tuning services are not covered β€” the component must be installed following the manufacturer's datasheet.
