Become a seller

Kvatronix is a marketplace for shops, distributors, manufacturers and resellers of electronic components. We don't compete with you — we provide the infrastructure, audience and payments. Each seller gets a dedicated sales channel, stock location and API key; your inventory shows up in the catalog alongside other sellers, but the catalog, cart and checkout are shared. Who can become a seller • A sole trader (FOP) or legal entity (LLC, JSC, PE) registered in Ukraine. • A registered programmable cash register (PRRO) with the Ukrainian tax service — the seller issues the fiscal check on every order. • An active UAH bank account (IBAN) for payouts. • A real warehouse or confirmed supply from a manufacturer. Drop-shipping without coordination is not permitted. What we cover • Platform marketing: SEO, paid ads, remarketing, AI assistant, email campaigns. • Buyer payments via LiqPay, Monobank, Whitepay/NowPayments — single payment as commissionaire. • A 152-category catalog with parametric filters, AI descriptions and AI categorisation. • First-line buyer support, dispute mediation, returns processing. • The technical platform: seller back-office, price-list import, API, Rozetka and Prom integrations (Phase 3). What we need from you • A price list in Excel/CSV, YML/Prom or YML/Rozetka format — SKUs, quantities, prices, datasheet links. • Timely order processing — typically within 3 business days. • Accurate descriptions and photos, no counterfeit goods. • Compliance with the platform's Acceptable Use Policy (prohibited categories: weapons, counterfeit ICs, sanctioned goods, etc.). Commission Base rate — 8% of the sale amount, excluding shipping. Reduced rate of 5% for bulk categories (resistors and capacitors in industrial packs, crystals, basic fasteners). Premium rate of 10% for rare ICs, new arrivals (first 90 days) and mid- to high-end measuring equipment. The exact rate is determined automatically by category and shown in the back-office when you create a listing. Payouts run weekly on Mondays, to your IBAN, with a minimum payout of UAH 500 (otherwise it rolls over to the next week). Onboarding flow: email verification → KYB review (registry extract, PRRO, bank details, sanctions screening) → commission agreement signed with qualified electronic signature → API keys issued → first import. Typical turnaround — 2 to 5 business days.
