Orders and payment β€’ How to order without registering β€” add the item to your cart and provide an email at checkout. β€’ How to verify a seller's reputation β€” the product card shows the seller's name, status (active / verified) and rating based on real orders. Manufacturer authorisation letters appear there as well. β€’ Can I pay by invoice β€” yes, for sole traders and legal entities. Email sales@kvatronix.in.ua with your company details and order number; the seller will issue an invoice with VAT (if registered as a VAT payer). β€’ If the confirmation email doesn't arrive β€” check the Spam folder and verify your email; otherwise contact support. Multi-seller orders β€’ How to buy from multiple sellers in one order β€” this feature (cart-split-checkout: one cart, one payment, multiple separate orders) is on the Phase 2 roadmap and will be available in Q3. For now, please place separate orders with different sellers. Delivery β€’ How to change the address or branch of an already shipped order β€” through your Nova Poshta account using the waybill number you received from the seller. β€’ What to do if the parcel is damaged β€” file a report at the Nova Poshta branch and email photos to support@kvatronix.in.ua within 2 calendar days. β€’ I didn't receive my order β€” what should I do β€” contact the seller first via platform support (support@kvatronix.in.ua); if there's no response within 5 business days, escalate to legal@kvatronix.in.ua. The platform holds disputed funds until resolution and, as a last resort, refunds the buyer directly. Technical questions β€’ How to find a component analog β€” message the part number to Telegram support or use the AI assistant on the site; it will suggest in-stock equivalents. β€’ Are datasheets available β€” links are on each product card where the manufacturer or seller provides them. β€’ How to order an item that's not on the site β€” send a request to sales@kvatronix.in.ua and we'll forward it to relevant sellers.
