Returns & exchanges

Returns are processed directly with the seller who shipped the item. Kvatronix acts as a mediator: we accept the request, forward it to the seller, monitor deadlines and hold disputed funds until resolution. The Ukrainian Consumer Protection Act (Article 9) gives you 14 days from receipt to return goods of proper quality. This right applies to all sellers on the platform without exception. Conditions for returning goods of proper quality β€’ The item is unused, with intact appearance, anti-static packaging, seals and complete contents. β€’ The receipt is preserved β€” the seller's fiscal check or the order number. β€’ No more than 14 calendar days have passed since you received the parcel. What cannot be returned β€’ Electronic components with removed or damaged anti-static (ESD) packaging β€” once unpacked, electrical characteristics cannot be guaranteed. β€’ SMD components in tape, cut to the ordered quantity. β€’ Preorder items, marked accordingly on the product card. β€’ Programmable components (microcontrollers, FPGAs) after firmware upload. These exceptions follow Cabinet of Ministers Resolution β„– 172 of 19.03.1994. How to file a return 1. Email returns@kvatronix.in.ua with the order number and reason for return. 2. Within 3 business days the platform forwards the request to the seller and sends you a return form and shipping address. 3. Ship the parcel via Nova Poshta (sender pays, except for factory defects). 4. Refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Defective items, mismatch with description, poor quality Contact us within 3 days of receipt. The seller covers return shipping costs in this case, and the seller bears the cost of replacement or full refund under Article 8 of the Consumer Protection Act. Disputes If the seller does not respond or refuses a valid return, escalate to legal@kvatronix.in.ua. The platform may hold the disputed amount until resolution and, if necessary, refunds the buyer directly.
