Privacy policy

This document describes which personal data Kvatronix collects when you use kvatronix.in.ua, for what purpose and with whom it is shared. The document complies with the Ukrainian Personal Data Protection Act of 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI and adopts GDPR-aligned practices. The data controller is Vyacheslav Yu. Uglevatyi, Ukrainian sole trader, RNOKPP 3231707979. What data we collect • Contact details: first name, last name, email, phone — to process and deliver orders. • Address: city and Nova Poshta branch or courier address. • Payment data: masked PAN, payment method type. We do not store full card numbers — they are processed by payment providers (LiqPay, Monobank) under PCI DSS. • Technical: IP address, User-Agent, cookies, browser language — for security, anti-fraud and UI configuration. • Behavioural: browse history, cart, order history — for recommendations and service improvement. • AI chat: messages to the AI assistant — without sending PII to the model. Data shared with sellers (multi-tenant scope) Kvatronix is a marketplace. When you place an order, we share with the relevant seller (only the one offering the purchased item) your full name, phone, delivery address, email and order number. This is necessary for contract performance and does not require separate consent (Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Act, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The commission agreement with each seller forbids using these data for the seller's own marketing, sharing them with third parties or building a CRM on top of them. Other recipients • Nova Poshta — for parcel delivery. • LiqPay, Monobank, Whitepay/NowPayments — for payment processing. • OpenAI — for the AI assistant (no PII). • MeiliSearch, MinIO, Hetzner — infrastructure (hosting in Germany). • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel — only with your consent through the cookie banner. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising. Your rights (Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act) • Right to information, access, correction, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, portability, withdrawal of consent. • Right to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua). Send requests to privacy@kvatronix.in.ua with the subject "Personal data request" — we respond within 30 calendar days. Retention Order data and primary documents — at least 1095 days (a Ukrainian Tax Code requirement). On account deletion, personal identifiers are anonymised; required primary records are kept until the 1095-day period expires. Marketing consents — until withdrawn. Cookies Essential cookies (session, cart, language) work without consent. Analytics and marketing cookies — only after consent through the cookie banner; consent can be withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
