Terms of use

This document defines the rules for using the Kvatronix platform (kvatronix.in.ua). It governs the relationship between the user and the platform operator. Sale-and-purchase contracts for individual items are governed by a separate Public Offer; agreements with sellers are governed by a separate Commission Agreement. Legal nature of the platform Kvatronix is a marketplace connecting buyers with sellers of electronic components. The platform operator acts as a commissionaire under Articles 1011-1028 of the Ukrainian Civil Code: it concludes sale-and-purchase contracts with buyers in its own name but on behalf of sellers. Title to the goods passes directly from the seller to the buyer at the moment of physical handover. Who may use the platform • Buyers: individuals with full legal capacity (18+), sole traders, legal entities. • Sellers: Ukrainian sole traders or legal entities that have completed KYB onboarding and signed a Commission Agreement. • Guests may browse the catalog without registering. User responsibilities • The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided: address, phone, payment details. • The seller is responsible for the quality, completeness and conformity of the goods to the description. • The operator is responsible for the technical functionality of the platform (availability, payment security, order processing). • The carrier is responsible for delivery and goods integrity in transit. Acceptable Use Policy Prohibited: listing or buying for resale items of military or dual-use nature without an export-control permit; listing counterfeit ICs (relabeled, recovered, fake); creating fake accounts, manipulating ratings, circumventing the platform's payment model; storing or transferring other users' personal data. The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations are grounds for account suspension and damages. Intellectual property The Kvatronix brand, the kvatronix.in.ua domain, the visual identity and the platform software belong to the operator. Product card content (photos, descriptions, technical specs) belongs to the respective seller; the seller grants the platform a non-exclusive licence for marketing use within the Commission Agreement. Disputes and governing law Disputes are first resolved out of court via legal@kvatronix.in.ua within 30 days. If unresolved: for individual buyers — by the jurisdiction rules of Article 28 of the Ukrainian Civil Procedure Code (consumer's choice); for business buyers — at the Commercial Court of Kharkiv Oblast. Governing law — substantive and procedural law of Ukraine. Changes to terms The operator may update these terms with 30 calendar days' notice on the website. Orders placed before the changes take effect remain governed by the previous version. Platform operator Vyacheslav Yu.
